Two injured after crash in Fairfax County

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. ( DC News Now ) — The Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) said two people were injured after a crash in Lorton on Thursday morning.

Police said they were at the scene of a two-vehicle crash at Gunston Cove Road and Sophia Road.

Officers said both drivers were taken to the hospital.

One of the drivers, a man, was in a life-threatening condition.

As of 7:30 a.m., Gunston Cove Road and Sophia Road remained closed.
