Restaurateur Tony Monaco Is on The Zest

Tony Monaco is the owner of restaurants The Bling Pig and The Trough, both of which have multiple Orange County locations. This summer, he will open Monaco Italian Kitchen in Irvine, and The Blind Pig in Yorba Linda will transform into a new concept. He shares how he opened his first restaurant at just 25 years old and how he's grown and expanded since then.
