What are the Goldsmiths delivery charges?
You will normally receive free Express Delivery on most eligible items 7 days a week from Goldsmiths. This means if the item is immediately available and you order by 9pm, Goldsmiths will deliver the next day.

Does Goldsmiths have a key worker discount?
Yes. Goldsmiths has a 20% off key worker discount on selected brands and items. This includes NHS staff, teachers, military, police and fire service, transport staff, government staff, and care and social workers. To access your discount, confirm your work status via GoCertify.
When are the Goldsmiths sales?

Can I use my Tesco vouchers at Goldsmiths?
No, Goldsmiths has recently left the Tesco ClubCard Reward Partner scheme. This means you can no longer use your Tesco Clubcard Points at Goldsmiths showrooms, unless already purchased and unredeemed.
What is the Goldsmiths returns policy?
You have up to 30 days from the date after delivery to return your item to Goldsmiths. Your item should be unused, in its original packaging, and sent with proof of purchase. If your item has certifications, you should include these also. Sale and pre-owned items can only be returned within 14 days.

Shop the sale: If you’re shopping for jewellery with a specific budget, check the ‘sale’ section first. You can shop for engagement rings, wedding rings, watches, diamonds, and jewellery. Previously, we’ve seen up to 50% off selected pieces with an extra 10% off at checkout.
Click & Collect: Looking for a Goldsmiths near you? You can search for one at the checkout when you choose ‘click & collect’. You’ll be able to send your order straight to the store to collect instead of waiting for delivery.
Price Match Promise: If you find your jewellery or watch for less, Goldsmiths might match the price. However, the item should be identical in size, colour, brand, and model number. It should also be from an authorised stockist within 15 miles of a Goldsmiths store. For continued requirements, check the ‘Price Match Promise’ page on the Goldsmiths page.

How do we make money?
