Does your dog or cat have a wardrobe? I’m not talking about just a jacket for when it’s frigid or some dog booties for icy roads, but so many outfits that you need a designated closet space for their fashion collection.

Pet owners spend a significant amount of money on clothing to make their cats and dogs look even more adorable. In fact, the global pet clothing market was estimated to be worth 5.7 billion dollars in 2021 . Some cat and dog owners only dress their pets up for holidays like Halloween or Christmas, and others wouldn't dream of letting Fido out of the house without a sweater. Here are some of the most fashionable dogs and cats on social media, so fashionable you may even say they have more swag then their owners.

No roundup of fashionable pets would be complete without the iconic Italian Greyhound Tika the Iggy. If you are interested in turning your own pet into a fashion icon, remember not to force them into wearing clothing. Some pets just don't enjoy the feel of anything but their own fur on their body.

Make sure anything you dress your pet in fits them correctly. It should not be too tight or too loose. Tight clothing can restrict movement and breathing, while loose clothing can cause your pet to trip or become entangled. It's also important to avoid clothing with small buttons, zippers, or ribbons or embellishments that your pet could chew off and potentially swallow.

Never leave your dog or cat alone while they are wearing clothing, just in case they get overheated or caught on something.

Who knows? If you follow these tips, you just may have a little furry fashionista in your own home!
