Wilmer Valderrama is just as excited about the new season of NCIS as viewers are.
The actor, who portrays Special Agent Nick Torres on the CBS procedural, shared an energetic video from the show's set that offered fans some key insight into Season 22.
"Alright, beautiful people, I think you may know what time it is," he began in the sunny clip, which depicted him casually strolling through the lot.
"We are officially back on set of NCIS, " Valderrama cheered while panning the camera around, showing trailers and cars set up all around the perimeter of the studio. "Season 22 is a go."
Without entertaining any potential spoilers, the 44-year-old gave a glimpse into the timeline as he hinted that filming for the upcoming season may have only started this week.
"We've said 'Action!' already for a few days," he teased. "I'm just catching you up."
"It's back," Valderrama exclaimed before suddenly ending the clip.
Grateful for the update, the comments soon became overwhelmed with NCIS fans who were proud to make their anticipation and enthusiasm known.
"OMG!!!!" one Instagram user cheered. "I’m soooo excited!! 😭😭😭."

While there isn't enough information out there to spoil the upcoming season (thankfully), Parade can confirm that Season 22 is set to premiere at 8 p.m. EST on Monday, Oct. 14 , and other cast members expected to return include Gary Cole , Sean Murray , Katrina Law , Brian Dietzen , Diona Reasonover and Rocky Carroll .
