Drew McIntyre’s Deletes His Controversial Photo With Jack Perry

A quick scroll of Drew McIntyre’s X account demonstrates how he has been trolling his SummerSlam opponent, CM Punk, for several months. Still, Mcintyre would take this to another level on Thursday afternoon when he shared a photo of himself alongside Jack Perry, captioned, “ It’s a real photo, cry us a river,” in reference to Punk’s backstage altercation with the AEW star. However, McIntyre has since deleted this controversial photo for reasons that remain unknown, although it still lives on thanks to the internet.

Punk and McIntyre have been feuding ever since the Scottish injured Punk legitimately during the men’s Royal Rumble match with a Future Shock DDT. Yet, while this was obviously an accident, WWE would look to turn a negative into a positive and has had the duo feuding ever since. Therefore, their match at SummerSlam next weekend is arguably the most anticipated match on the card, with fans expecting something special given all the build-up.
