    New Jersey lottery player wins $1 million on $20 scratch-off ticket. Here's where

    A trip to a Wawa turned in a wow of an experience for one New Jersey lottery player.

    The New Jersey Lottery announced on social media Thursday evening that someone recently won $1 million playing a $20 scratch-off ticket.

    The winning $1,000,000 Diamond Spectacular Scratch-Off was sold at the Wawa on Spruce Avenue in North Wildwood (Cape May County).

    It's the second time the top prize has been won in the scratch-off game. Earlier, a $1 million ticket was sold at the Wawa on Clements Bridge Road in Deptford (Gloucester County), according to the lottery website. There is one more million-dollar ticket out there.

    The game offers prizes from free tickets to $10,000 (40 tickets) and three million-dollar tickets.
