There's 15k children in Foster Care no counting families which being monitored There's so many variables here underpaid over worked not enough staff high caseload. This was horrible they will get what's coming to them. Question why didn't the half sister check up on her or is this a money grab How old is the half siblings.q

This is happening way too often, and yet CPS is never found culpable. It is very sad. There is definitely something wrong with the system.
