WWE Superstar CM Punk, currently preparing for his highly anticipated match at SummerSlam, recently sent a message to Dominik Mysterio. Punk is scheduled to face Drew McIntyre in a grudge match, with Seth Rollins serving as the special guest referee.

While CM Punk focuses on his feud with Drew McIntyre, he has recently shifted his attention to Dominik Mysterio. Mysterio is involved in a major storyline leading up to WWE SummerSlam and navigates a love triangle with Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan.

Rhea Ripley is set to challenge Liv Morgan for the Women’s World Title. Dominik Mysterio has been caught in the middle of their rivalry. On RAW, Liv Morgan asked Dominik to say three words to her, but in a shocking turn of events, he declared, “I hate you,” blaming her for ruining his life. A heartbroken Morgan left the arena. It seems Mysterio has finally chosen sides in this feud.

With Dominik Mysterio siding with Rhea Ripley, their recent issues appeared finally resolved. However, former WWE Champion CM Punk recently sent a reminder to Mysterio that could stir up trouble. This reminder might not sit well with Dirty Dom.

CM Punk recently made a notable appearance at San Diego Comic-Con, where he participated in the WWE Mattel Panel discussion alongside Sam Roberts and RAW star Zoey Stark. During the event, Punk engaged warmly with fans.

In an interview with Denise Salcedo at Comic-Con, Punk reflected on his upcoming match and was asked about his first WWE return match against Drew McIntyre. He used this opportunity to revisit his live event match against Dominik Mysterio from December 2023.

He stated , “I wrestled at the LA Forum and Madison Square Garden. I mention this because I beat Dominik Mysterio, and I like to remind him of that. I also want to let everyone know where we stand with Dominik.”

CM Punk’s upcoming singles match against Drew McIntyre at SummerSlam marks his first televised singles match in a decade. Meanwhile, Punk has been out of action due to injury since the Royal Rumble. He did compete in non-televised live events last year, including two matches against Dominik Mysterio. Punk’s recent reminder about these matches might not be a fond memory for Dirty Dom.
