Spotty showers and mid-70s have settled into the Queen City this morning while mountain counties start off in the low 60s. We’ll see partly to mostly cloudy skies throughout much of the morning and afternoon while winds flow out of the northeast between 5 and 10 miles per hour.

Highs will make a run for the mid-80s this afternoon with spotty showers and storms still in the forecast. We’ll see storms taper off heading into this evening as overnight lows dip into the low 70s and upper 60s.

Saturday starts off refreshing with lower dew points and mild temperatures in the upper 60s and low 70s while mountains sit in the 50s! This weekend will be more dry than wet with highs peaking in the upper 80s and rain chances taking a back seat to sunshine.

We’ll see the return of our summer-like pattern with spotty afternoon storms returning early next week and temperatures rebounding close to 90 degrees by Wednesday.

Today: Very Warm and Cloudy with Afternoon Showers & Storms! High: 86.

Tonight: Partly Cloudy & Mild. Low: 70.
