    Nearly 600 athletes will be representing Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics, which will officially begin on Friday, July 26, and end on Sunday, Aug. 11.

    The Americans are looking to continue their run of dominance, as Team USA has won a total of 2,655 medals in the history of the Summer Games, including 1,070 gold medals. The United States owns the Olympic records in both of those categories, and it is expected to be sitting atop the leaderboard once again.

    Led by former all-around champions Simone Biles and Suni Lee, the women's gymnastics squad is aiming for gold after earning the silver medal in Tokyo.
