Angel Reese's ascension to the top of the fashion world could soon be giving her basketball career a run for its money.

The Chicago Sky forward went viral for her red-carpet look at the 'Prelude to the Olympics' at Fondation Louis Vuitton on Thursday, then drew even more attention when she got a notoriously stern fashion legend to crack a smile.

After arriving at the event in Paris ahead of the start of the Summer Olympics, Reese took to her Instagram stories to share some images including a selfie with Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. In the image, Wintour cracked the slightest smile, a noted departure from her normal stone-faced appearance.

"Angel Reese taking a selfie with Anna Wintour in Paris is INSANEEEEEEEE I am SO GAGGED and is that a SMILE FROM ANNA?! WOWWW" one fan wrote in a post on X .

Others saw it as a good sign that the WNBA star could score such a major fashion accomplishment.

While she has taken the WNBA by storm, Reese has also gotten plenty of attention for her fashion sense. She turned heads on the red carpet before the WNBA Draft earlier this year, then later made a viral appearance at the Met Gala.
