Paws and Claws Pets of the Week

Meet Hobbes, who recently arrived at the shelter with his brother, Calvin. We are still learning about him since we don’t know much about his past. He has lots of energy and loves everyone he meets. Hobbes would benefit from daily walks with his new owners. He loves to jump in your lap and be petted. We think he’s a chihuahua/dachshund mix, but we can’t say for sure. He is about 20 pounds, neutered, microchipped, heart-worm tested and vaccinated. His adoption fee is $300-plus tax. Blaze came to the shelter with a few of his friends. He has been a little shy since arriving but warms up super quick. He loves to be petted and scratched under the chin. Blaze does well with other cats, dogs and kids.
