With breathtaking ocean views from its headland spot on the south shore of Kauai, a custom-built home in the 1,000-acre resort community of Kukui’ula has hit the real estate market for the first time.

Listed at $19.5 million, the 7,300-square-foot residence sitting on nearly three-quarters of an acre is the most expensive residential listing on Kauai’s southern coast, according to representatives of the resort community of Kukui’ula.

“With views from mauka to makai, its magical setting is one to be embraced,” the property listing states , using the Hawaiian words for “toward the mountains” and “toward the ocean.”

Built in 2020, the home has been on the market for less than a month.

The bespoke five-bedroom, six-bathroom home was designed by Keith Kelly of Kelly & Stone Architects with interiors by Donna Vallone of Vallone Design, according to Kukui’ula.

The single-story, modern plantation-style residence features floor-to-ceiling windows and a chef-inspired kitchen with a large island counter.

Just beyond a protected, covered lānai lies the infinity pool and spa.

The primary suite — taking in ocean and golf-course views — has lounge seating and includes dual vanities, spacious walk-in closets and a private garden with an outdoor shower.

Three guest bedrooms are ensuite and offer outdoor showers. The fifth bedroom comes with four built-in bunk beds.

The home includes the latest in energy-efficiency technology, according to Kukui’ula.

As a homeowner in Kukuiʻula, the buyer gets club and golf membership, which comes with dining privileges, use of a wellness center and spa, racquet sports courts, an organic farm and more.

Located at 4078 Noho Kai St., the estate “is a unique opportunity to own one of the most coveted homes in all of Hawaii,” according to the listing.

A home office, laundry room, and three-car garage complete the home’s vast array of amenities.
