    Global luxury fashion house Lanvin Group announced that Italian footwear brand Sergio Rossi has named Paul Andrew as creative director. Paul, a previous collaborator of Donna Karan, Calvin Klein and Alexander McQueen, launched his women’s footwear collection in 2013, shortly thereafter expanding to include men’s footwear. The following year, he became the first shoe designer and youngest brand to win the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. In 2016, Salvatore Ferragamo appointed Andrew as design director for women’s shoes. In 2019, he was named creative director for all Ferragamo product categories—the first individual to assume the title since Salvatore Ferragamo himself held it.

    Tom Ford

    Global design house Tom Ford announced that Peter Hawkings is stepping down from his role as creative director after less than a year on the job. Hawkings has been at Tom Ford since the brand’s inception and at the helm of creative since last April. Lelio Gavazza, CEO of Tom Ford, thanked Hawkings for his collaboration since the brand became part of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group . A successor has yet to be named.

    Global lifestyle brand Kenneth Cole announced the appointment of Emily Cole as the brand’s new executive vice president, women’s creative director and product strategy. Cole, who first joined the company in 2022, will now expand her role to fuel the growth of the women’s division and lead product development across all current womenswear categories. Cole will collaborate with the strategic partnership team to explore new categories and continue to oversee the design direction and merchandising within the organization. She will continue to report to Jed Berger, president, on all business matters and to her father, Kenneth Cole, for all product creative.

    Genesco

    Footwear-focused company Genesco has named Stacy Doren as executive vice president and chief marketing officer of the Journeys Group. Doren joins Journeys after a 24-year tenure at Levi’s, where she held successive leadership roles, culminating in a decade-long role as vice president of Levi’s Americas marketing. Most recently, she led a 50-person marketing team overseeing creative development, media, partnerships and activations, public relations, channel marketing, and brand environment for the company’s largest business segment.

    Sustainable cotton initiative Better Cotton announced the appointment of two new co-chairs and five new members to its council.

    The new co-chairs are Bill Ballenden, head of sustainability and innovation at Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) Cotton, and Tamar Hoek, senior policy director for sustainable fashion at Solidaridad. Together, they will execute the chair duty, acting both as internal and external ambassadors for Better Cotton, ensuring policy decisions are appropriately presented to the council.

    Newly elected members to the council include Ballenden, Doug Forster, chief sourcing officer at J.Crew Group; Elodie Gilart, senior sustainability manager at Marks & Spencer; Nadia Bilal, managing director of spinning at Nishat Chunian; and Vicente Sando, executive coordinator at FONPA, Mozambique’s National Forum of Cotton Farmers. Better Cotton has also announced the re-election of Rajan Bhopal, international project manager, supply chain, at PAN UK; and Shahid Zia, executive director at the Lok Sanjh Foundation, to its council.

    AI-driven solutions for retailers provider Impact Analytics has added four female executives to its leadership team, naming a vice president and global head of marketing and creating three additional business development positions to reflect its commitment to accelerating strategic global growth as the use of AI in retail soars.

    Maggie Williams Dryden joins the executive team as vice president and global head of marketing, where she will oversee the brand, growth and go-to-market strategy. She specializes in digital orchestration, brand storytelling and accelerating scale for enterprise software organizations in IoT and supply chain technology.

    Michaele Walker joins as senior director of global business director, having previously served as a business development leader at several supply chain-centric software providers. Rebecca Goldberg joins as director of North America business development, previously serving as Sourcing Journal’s vice president of strategy and business development. Maria Brenes joins as director of partnerships to lead the Trusted Partner Program, following her experience launching partner programs at high-growth startups within the technology sector.
