    Hot weekend ahead, rain Sunday night into Monday

    The National Weather Service in Duluth is advising residents in northeastern Wisconsin of potentially impactful weather this weekend with very warm temperatures, isolated severe storms, and a chance for heavy rain and some flash flooding. The systems will be moving east through Price County on Sunday evening and into Monday.

    For Friday night Price County should expect partly cloudy skies with a low around 61 degrees and a south wind of 5 to 10 mph.

    On Saturday it should be mostly sunny with a high near 84 degrees. On Saturday night expect partly cloudy skies and a low around 65 degrees.

    On Sunday it should be mostly sunny with a high near 84 degrees. On Sunday night expect a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 a.m., with a low around 64 degrees.

    On Monday there is a 60% chance of showers and thunderstorms, followed by likely showers and possible thunderstorms after 1 p.m. The high will be near 79 degrees. New rainfall amounts could total between a tenth and quarter of an inch, with higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. On Monday night there is a chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1 a.m., with a low around 60 degrees.
