    Seminole woman dies after crash near Loxley Saturday: ALEA

    BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. ( WKRG ) — A Seminole woman died Thursday after she was hit by a vehicle on July 20, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

    An ALEA news release said 57-year-old Donna M. Steagall was walking on the road when she was hit by a vehicle around 5 p.m. Saturday on I-10 near the 46-mile marker.

    After the vehicle hit Steagall, it left the road and hit her vehicle, which was on the shoulder of the road, according to ALEA.

    Steagall was taken to a local hospital, where she died Thursday.

    ALEA’s Highway Patrol Unit is investigating the crash.
