First up, we have a mini side table hack that is so simple it almost feels like cheating. All you need is a wooden round Lazy Susan and a plain brown basket. Place the Lazy Susan on the floor with the spinning part facing upward. Next, take the basket and stick it bottom down on top of the Lazy Susan. Use a couple of small nails to attach the bottom of the basket to the Lazy Susan at its thickest part. Flip it all over, and voila, you have an instant side table .

How To Make a Mirrored Side Table

Now, let's move on to something a bit more glamorous. If you've always dreamed of having a mirrored side table but didn't want to shell out the big bucks, this next hack is for you. Grab a Lack table and six mirror pieces. Put the Lack table together, which, as we all know, is practically a rite of passage for any IKEA enthusiast. The mirrors should fit right over the top of each side, as well as the top and bottom. Attach them using some basic crafting adhesive. To ensure everything stays in place, caulk the edges. And just like that, you have a stunning mirror side table that could easily be mistaken for a high-end designer piece.

Feeling fancy yet? Good, because we're just getting started. For our third hack, we'll be using another IKEA Lazy Susan and a large black geometric candle holder. Flip the Lazy Susan and attach the candle holder to the rotating base. This allows you to spin the table, making it not only chic but also functional. Imagine impressing your guests by spinning the table to serve them snacks or drinks. It's like a modern-day Lazy Susan but with a lot more style.

Last but certainly not least, we have a hack that involves a concrete form, which is essentially a large cardboard tube, and a black Rodeby armrest. Wrap the concrete form with the black Rodeby armrest. Paint the lid of the concrete form black, and then use gold foil tape to wrap the edge of the lid for a metallic finish. The result is a sleek, modern side table that looks far more expensive than it actually is. This project may require a bit more effort, but the payoff is well worth it.

And there you have it, four incredibly easy yet stunningly stylish side tables you can create using simple IKEA items. These hacks not only save you money but also add a personal touch to your home decor. Try them out yourself and don't forget to share your own special twists on these looks!
