Caitlin Clark has completely taken over the WNBA in just her first season in the league with the Indiana Fever.

Even though she's still a rookie, Clark is smashing records left and right, and her incredibly high level of play is drawing in unprecedented amounts of attention for the league.

Everyone knows that the Clark-effect is real, even high-ranking WNBA officials. During the WNBA All-Star weekend, the league's Chief Growth Officer, Colie Edison, admitted that even she realizes just how big of an impact Clark has had on the league.

And so that sort of growth is important because we're opening the aperture and bringing in new fans. So Caitlin was really a catalyst to bringing in a lot of new fans, as well as our other rookies, who came in through NCAA into this draft.
