    Trader Joe’s Dumpling Salad

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Tbs. olive or avocado oil
    • 7 Trader Joe’s chicken gyoza potstickers (or another brand)
    • 2 Tbs. Trader joe’s toasted sesame dressing (or another brand)
    • 1 Tbs. crunchy chili onion (or your preferred chili crisp)
    • 1 Persian cucumber, sliced
    • A handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced
    • 1 scallion, chopped
    • A handful of chopped herbs like cilantro, mint and basil
    • Sesame seeds, for garnish

    Directions:

    • Yield: 1 serving
    1. Cook gyoza in skillet, heat olive or avocado oil over medium-high heat. Place gyoza in pan, seam-side up, and cook until browned and crisped, about 4 minutes.
    2. Add 4 Tbs. water, reduce heat to medium-low. Cover pan and let gyoza steam until the water has evaporated, about 5 minutes. Transfer cooked gyoza to mixing bowl and drizzle in sesame dressing and crunchy chili onion. Gently toss mixture to coat gyoza. Add in cucumber, cherry tomatoes, scallion, and herbs.
    3. Serve salad on plate and g arnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
