2024 Paris Olympic Games: Women's beach volleyball schedule and how to watch

Women's beach volleyball will begin competition on Day 1 of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games , marking the sport's eighth appearance since its debut at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.

The United States and Brazil are currently tied for the most women's beach volleyball medals, with each country having won seven. However, the USA holds the edge in gold medals, having won four compared to Brazil's one gold medal.

Notably, the defending U.S. gold medalists, April Ross and Alix Klineman, will not be in Paris to defend their title. This absence paves the way for the new USA duos , Taryn Kloth and Kristen Nuss, as well as Kelly Cheng and Sara Hughes, to make their mark in the 2024 Games.
