    Live Music, Vendors & More: Get Ready For Brockton's Mid-Summer Celebration

    The City of Brockton is getting ready for its 2024 Mid-Summer Celebration, a day filled with live music, family-friendly entertainment, and more. This highly anticipated event brings together locals and visitors alike for a day of food and fun and to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the community of Brockton.

    "Present day Brockton was first settled in the 17th century and was originally known as North Bridgewater – a geographic area that is today comprised of the communities of Brockton, West Bridgewater, East Bridgewater, and Bridgewater. Brockton became a city in 1881." - City of Brockton

    Hosted in the beautiful Salisbury Park on Crescent Street on August 3rd, this family-friendly summer celebration promises music, art, children's activities, and local vendors from 11 AM until 5 PM. There will also be performances by local musicians such as LP Groove, Mutha Funk, Area 508, and Bayside High (check out the full lineup below). The City also reminds event attendees to bring a lawn chair or blanket.

    Music Lineup

    There will be live music playing throughout the day, including DJ All Rhymes with sound by ThunderbolT PRoductions.

    • LP Groove 11:45 am - 12:45 pm
    • Mutha Funk 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
    • Area 508 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
    • Bayside High 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
