Meghan Markle Makes Surprise Appearance in the Hamptons (And She Looks So Damn Chic)

Meghan Markle has been hard to track down this summer…which is fair, she’s been busy staying out of the limelight and potentially launching a rosé brand . So, when we do catch a glimpse of her, it’s big news.

The fun surprise of this weekend? A Meghan Markle spotting in the Hamptons for a business summit.

Indeed, according to Page Six , Markle flew in from Santa Barbara to join the G9 Ventures Summit on Friday, which was held at the home of Investor Amy Griffin , who is famous for helping behind the scenes for women-led companies like Goop and Bumble.

Other high-profile guests in attendance included Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon and Katie Couric. Beloved makeup artist and entrepreneur Bobbi Brown was also at the event, and shared an Instagram photo with Markle and Markle’s dear friend, fashion designer Misha Nonoo . In the shot, Markle is sporting a casual-chic oversize vest and trousers set and flashes her signature grin from underneath chunky, black shades.

Brown doesn’t make mention of her royal pal in the caption, simply saying: “So many moments. Thank you @g9_ventures for bringing all these bad asses together. And to your beautiful husband John who sat through the entire conference with a smile. Shout out to my team @jonesroadbeauty @skin.by.chey @charl0ttejayne you are total rockstars.”

As for why Meghan was there? We can only assume it had to do with the forthcoming launch of her lifestyle brand , American Riviera Orchard. But if she was also looking to get in a little mid-summer Hamptons trip with pals, we wouldn’t blame her.
