As revealed during the Adult Swim series’ San Diego Comic-Con panel on Saturday, Season 3 will feature the arrival of none other than Superboy. A premiere date for Season 3 has not yet been announced.

Also of note, it was revealed during the panel that Lex Luthor (voiced by Max Mittelman) will ditch his hair in Season 3, opting for the character’s traditional bald look.

The anime-inspired series wrapped its 10-episode second season on July 21, with Superman (Jack Quaid) and Supergirl (Kiana Madeira) joining forces to defeat Brainiac (Michael Emerson) once and for all. It was also revealed that Lois (Alice Lee) turned down a high-profile job offer from Vicki Vale (Andromeda Dunker) in Gotham City, while Kara is also remaining in Metropolis — much to the delight of Jimmy (Ishamel Sahid), with whom she has developed a romantic relationship.

Additional recurring characters include Amanda Waller (Debra Wilson), Perry White (Darrell Brown), Cat Grant (Melanie Minichino), Sam Lane (Joel de la Fuente), Livewire (Zehra Fazal), and Jonathan (Reid Scott) and Martha Kent (Kari Wahlgren), among a myriad other allies and adversaries of the Man of Steel.
