When you think of elite Olympic athletes, American gymnast Simone Biles is  someone most people would automatically gravitate toward.

At 27 years old, she is widely viewed as arguably the best gymnast ever and one of the greatest Olympians of all time. Biles has won seven Olympic medals, including three gold at the 2016 Games in Rio. However, while she is one of the most known athletes in the world, we learned via a story from her mom about Biles before the fame.

The story involved the rapper Snoop Dogg, who Biles' mother, Nellie, called out while doing an interview with him for NBC.

“I remember I will never forget that we met you in Times Square. 2010," Biles' mother told Snoop Dog during the opening ceremony. "And you said, cause we asked for a picture, you said 'two minutes.' One, two and you were gone."

The rapper and Biles' family chuckled about the moment, but clearly they will never let him live that one down.

Biles and the rest of the gymnastics team will go through qualifiers this weekend.
