    Local mental health resources, NAMI Coastal Virginia

    PORSTMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The National Alliance of Mental Health (NAMI) Coastal Virginia offers accessible education and does advocacy work for mental health.

    NAMI Coastal Virginia is an organization of people who have been affected by mental illness, including families, friends and individuals.

    They have support groups, classes and socials to help individuals connect and engage with peers who have also dealt with mental health. Click here to find out ways to get involved.
