Simone Biles Sends Emotional Eight-Word Message Before Olympics Event

Simone Biles and the US Women's Gymnastics team officially kicked off their Paris Olympics campaign on Sunday. This is, without a doubt, one of the most highly anticipated events in the Paris Games, with fans from across the globe eagerly anticipating what Biles will do this time around on the grandest of stages.

For her part, there's no denying that Biles is excited for the moment, too. The 27-year-old, who was not able to attend the opening ceremonies to focus on this upcoming event, could not help but get a little bit emotional just hours before her Paris debut.

"doing it for her 🥹 small girl, big dreams," Biles wrote on her Instagram post.

The side-by-side photo of Biles as an adult and her as a child doing the same move is pretty epic. Notice how the facial expression is almost the same as well.

Biles has certainly come a long way since being a child phenom to being the greatest ever to do it. She is now looking to further add to her legacy in what could be her final Olympic run.
