An official document obtained by Page Six Saturday shows that the state tax lien — issued by California in the amount of $6,542 on Friday — has been placed on their marital home in Encino, Calif.
The Daily Mail , who was first to report the news, said the lien was from 2022 debt.
The estranged couple purchased the massive 10,000 square foot home in 2017 for $8.3 million.

Umanksy is believed to have moved into a West Hollywood condo worth several million dollars. He is reportedly now neighbors with Matt Damon, who owns a $8.6 million unit.
It’s unclear how the reality stars plan to handle the lien — but this is not their first time having a claim against one of their properties.

Richards and Umanksy were given a $13,707.47 state tax lien in April 2022 for unpaid taxes from 2020, according to the Mail. The outlet reported they paid off the debt in July 2022.
However, just months later on Dec. 14, 2022, Umansky’s UMRO Realty Corp, which operates as The Agency, was slapped with liens in the amounts of $16,777.97, $3,454.41, $2,120.67 and $269.47.
On Dec. 20, 2023, he was reportedly handed three more liens in the amounts of $4,673.64, $3,878.19 and $290.15.

The “Buying Beverly Hills” star holds offices in Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Marina Del Rey, Pasadena and Sherman Oaks, Calif.
However, his company boasts 115 offices throughout 12 countries altogether.
Page Six did not immediately receive a response from reps for Umansky or Richards regarding the matter.
However, The Agency, the real estate business owned by Umansky (posing here), was hit with seven claims between 2022 and 2023, per the Mail. mumansky18/Instagram The investor, seen standing above, owns offices globally. mumansky18/Instagram
The former couple — whose split was confirmed last July — have other residences together aside from their Encino property.
They hold keys to a $13.6 million Aspen, Colo. vacation home they snagged in September 2022 after selling their smaller abode for $7.75 million.
“Our family is growing, and we simply need more space,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star explained of their move on social media at the time.

They have another vacation house in La Quinta, Calif., which they picked up in 2014 for $2.35 million.
It’s located about two hours away from their house in Los Angeles.
The news of their tax lien comes about a week after the couple was thrust into the spotlight over Umansky’s affectionate PDA with 33-year-old Ukrainian-American actress and model Nikita Kahn.
