Fans Are Saying The Same Thing After Simone Biles Returns From Massive Injury Scare

Simone Biles supporters from across the globe had to hold their collective breath after seeing the 27-year-old suffer some sort of mysterious injury right before her floor routine on Sunday.

Biles was seen limping after warm-ups as she favored her left foot/leg. It did not look good, and it had more than a few fans horrified by what could have been an injury that potentially costs her and the team dearly.

In true Simone Biles fashion, however, the decorated gymnast powered through the pain to pull off a truly awe-inspiring floor routine that resulted in a 14.600 score from the judges.

Based on that flawless run, it did not look like Biles was hurting at all. Either that or she just exhibited an unbridled sense of tenacity -- one that has left the fans on X, formerly Twitter, in absolute awe.

"I don’t care what no one says!! @Simone_Biles is a super hero!! Doing that routine with an injury is beyond amazing!!! My goodness!!" said a supporter.

"This while dealing with an injury. She's the GOAT for a reason," read a comment.

"Simone Biles appears to be nursing a serious injury in her #OlympicGames comeback and she’s laughing and saying, 'I need a wheelchair' while still doing things human bodies aren’t supposed to be capable of and leading her teammates," said another.
