Simone Biles Leaves Lady Gaga In Tears After Epic Olympic Performance

Lady Gaga knows a thing or two about putting on a performance in front of adoring fans. On Sunday, the 13-time Grammy Award winner experienced a role reversal as she watched Simone Biles and the rest of the U.S. women's gymnastics team put on a show for the ages.

After misfiring on the Olympic stage in Tokyo, Biles remained true to form in her return for the 2024 Paris Olympics. The four-time Olympic gold medalist dominated the gymnastics team qualifying round on Sunday at Bercy Arena.

The U.S. qualified first as a team with a cumulative score of 172.296 points. Biles and her teammates had Lady Gaga and several other celebrities going gaga over their dazzling qualifying efforts.

The "Poker Face" hitmaker posted clips of Biles on her Instagram feed and story. She was moved enough to include several crying emojis in her post.

"She nailed it what an honor to be so close!!!!," captioned Lady Gaga.

Aside from Lady Gaga, other stars such as Tom Cruise, Snoop Dogg, John Legend, Jessica Chastain and Greta Gerwig were in attendance.

Biles and the United States are strong favorites to take home several gold medals in the all-around and individual events. Expect more celebrity fanfare for the medal rounds.
