    Quick and Easy No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake

    July 30th is National Cheesecake Day, and you can celebrate with this incredible recipe for a No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake. Cheesecakes can be tricky to make, but one will take all the stress and worry away. This recipe is so quick and easy, the most inexperienced cook will be enjoying this delicious dessert in no time.

    INGREDIENTS:

    Crust

    • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
    • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar

    Cheesecake Filling

    • 16 oz of cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup of powdered sugar
    • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
    • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
    • 1 package (3.4 oz)of instant banana pudding mix
    • 1 cup of cold milk
    • 2 large banana, sliced
    • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

    Topping

    • 1 cup of whipped cream
    • Vanilla wafers for garnish
    • Sliced bananas for garnish

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
    • Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
    • Place in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes, then prepare the filling.
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
    • In another mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
    • In another mixing bowl, whisk the banana pudding mix and cold milk for about 2-3 minutes until it has thickened.
    • Add the pudding mix and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth.
    • Assemble the cheesecake.
    • Remove crust from the refrigerator.
    • Spread a thin layer of cheesecake filling over the crust.
    • Add a layer of the sliced bananas on top.
    • Spread the remaining cheesecake filling over the layer of bananas, and smooth out the top with a spatula.
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the cheesecake has set.
    • Before serving, spread a layer of whipped cream over the top of the cheesecake.
    • Garnish with additional sliced bananas and vanilla wafers.
    • Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan.
    • Serve and enjoy!
