    WEST VIRGINIA (LOOTPRESS) – Check your produce! ALDI has recalled Freshire Farms jalapenos, green peppers, and green beans due to potential contamination with Listeria.

    In collaboration with Wiers Farm, Inc. and R.S. Hanline Co Inc., ALDI Inc. has announced a recall of Freshire Farms jalapenos, green peppers, and green beans due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.

    The recall is a precautionary measure to ensure customer safety.

    The recalled products include:

    Jalapenos: 8 oz. bag, UPC Code 4099100087680

    Green Peppers: 16 oz. (3 pack) bag, UPC Code 4099100087598

    Green Beans: 16 oz. bag, UPC Code 4099100087826

    These items were sold at select ALDI stores in Kentucky, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

    ALDI says it prioritizes the safety and integrity of its products and advises customers to discard the affected items immediately or return them to their local store for a full refund.
