The Sevier County Emergency Management Agency said at 8 a.m. Monday that “while most of the water on the roads has receded overnight, there is still potential for debris. If you are driving this morning, please take your time and go slowly.”
Sevier County Vice Mayor Bryan McCarter said Monday that the Sevier County Highway Department will be out repairing roads today affected by Sunday’s flooding. “Be watchful for debris on the road,” McCarter added.
The Sevier County Emergency Management Agency shared the following closures as of 10:30 p.m. Sunday that Dollywood also experienced heavy flooding as storms continued to impact much of the region.
