Snoop Dogg Is 'Ultimate Family Hype Man' While Watching Paris Olympics With Gymnast's Parents

He may not be an athlete, but that hasn't stopped Snoop Dogg from making headlines at the Olympic Games in Paris since serving as one of the torchbearers on Friday, July 26.

The 52-year-old rapper has gone viral for his reactions to events such as Team USA's badminton face-off with China—and now fans can't get enough of a clip featuring Snoop watching gymnast Jordan Chiles compete alongside the athlete's parents.

While Chiles' mom Gina cringes and clutches her husband Timothy throughout the performance, Snoop is calm, cool, and collected—until he bursts into applause.

Fans loved the star's show of support for the gymnast, with one commenter calling Snoop "the ultimate family hype person."

Even the famously laid-back Snoop momentarily lost his composure as he watched gold medalist Simone Biles compete (while wearing a t-shirt with a picture of Biles on it).

In an interview ahead of her daughter's performance, Biles' mom Nellie teased Snoop about the first time she and Simone met the rapper over a decade ago—when he was apparently less than accommodating.

“I remember―I will never forget―that we met you in Times Square in 2010 and you said―cause we asked for a picture―and you said ‘2 minutes, 1-2’ and you were gone,” Nellie said.

If Snoop wasn't a Biles fan then, he definitely is now.
