Killer Mike has announced his new album, Songs for Sinners & Saints , out this Friday, August 2nd. In advance, the rapper has shared his new “From the Block” performance of its first single “HUMBLE ME.” Watch it below.

Mike’s gospel group The Mighty Midnight Revival has co-billing on Songs for Sinners & Saints , which is presented as an epilogue to the Grammy-winning MICHAEL , one of the best albums of 2023 . The 10-track project also features contributions from Offset, Key Glock, Project Pat, and more. See the artwork and full tracklist below.

“I had a year to live with MICHAEL and I realized I had more I wanted to do with this sound before moving on,” Mike explained in a statement. “For me this is a testimonial. When I was growing up an important part of church service was people having the opportunity to stand up and give public testimony on their trials, tribulations, and triumphs.”

He continued, “After the celebratory atmosphere that followed MICHAEL I was reminded that tribulations never cease, but God is always with me and this is a testimonial of my tumultuous times, my trials, and my continued triumph in spite of doubt, outright hate, and fear. I am here to speak to and with my fellow sinners and Saints.”

Mike is heading into a three-day residency at New York’s Blue Note Jazz Club from July 29th through the 31st. The 10:30 p.m. ET show on Wednesday, July 31st will feature a guest appearance from El-P and will be livestreamed on Mike’s YouTube channe l.

After that, he’ll continue touring North America around dates at Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, and Thing Festival before heading to Europe. See the schedule below, and get your tickets here .

Last summer, our own Wren Graves sat down with Killer Mike for an interview about taking off his “mask” and becoming Michael.
