Fantastic Four Theme Song Revealed in Stunning SDCC Show

The Fantastic Four: First Steps theme song has been revealed, and it’s gorgeous.

Marvel officially debuted it during the drone show at SDCC 2024 over the weekend, which was captured by Twitter user @_TheSmartAlec1. You can watch it below.

Michael Giacchino is its composer. If you’re unfamiliar, he’s responsible for a bunch of Pixar movie soundtracks, including Up, Inside Out, The Incredibles , and Ratatouille . He also scored a previous Marvel feature in 2022’s Werewolf By Night , as well as Jurassic World and Tomorrow Land .

The theme song for The Fantastic Four: First Steps pays homage to the heroic, inspiring score of Avengers, with some more retro stylings to fit in with the movie’s ‘60s aesthetic.

It wasn’t all Marvel showed off. Elsewhere at Comic-Con, fans in attendance got a sneak peek at early footage of The Fantastic Four: First Steps , including the group’s vehicle dubbed the Fantasticar, The Thing on a dating show, and Ralph Ineson's Galactus, who crouches down to look inside the window of a building. And don’t forget The Fantastic Four movie has cast Silver Surfer already.

Marvel's First Family make their entrance into the MCU on 25 July, 2025.
