    Basic Training

    • This training introduces the ADOS-2. Further practice and experience will be needed before you can use the ADOS-2 for clinical or research purposes.
    • Basic Training focuses on Modules 1-4. Additional training is needed to administer the Toddler Module.
    • Participants must read the ADOS-2 manual prior to the training and bring the manual with them to the session. To get the most out of the training, participants should observe ADOS-2 administrations and/or practice with materials prior to the training.
    • Appropriate use of the ADOS-2 requires training and experience in diagnostic assessment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Thus, training presumes background in diagnostic evaluation of neurodevelopmental disorders generally, as well as understanding of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) specifically.

Video assessment review and feedback ($500 or $350 for those that practice in the Coastal or Low Country Region)

    • Written feedback on ADOS-2 administration and scoring provided within 10 days of video submission.

Drop in virtual Q &A subscription ($300 for standalone subscription; included at no charge for all in-person trainings)

    • Six months of once-a-month drop-in virtual Q&A sessions on the ADOS-2. Typically held in late afternoon on the third Wednesday of the month.
