    Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office reports

    July 22

    - Zachary Doulgas Passalaqua, 18, of Dundee, was arrested for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. The case remains open.

    July 24

    - Nicholas Ryan Roth, 37, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for failure to appear to face a charge of wildlife violation. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

    - Santiago Galvan-Lopez, 33, of Newberg, was arrested for violating post-prison supervision. No bail was set and the case is pending.

    - Josue Iban Arredondo, 32, of Newberg, was arrested for giving false information to a police officer and a hold from Clackamas County. No bail was set and the case remains open.

    July 25

    - Felipe Pastor Rodriquez Salas, 43, of Newberg, was arrested for solicitation and using a child in display of sexually explicit conduct. No bail was set and the case remains open.

    - Brandon William Brown, 24, of Dundee, was arrested for second-degree assault. No bail was set and the case remains open.

    July 26

    - Edward Nelson Severance, 32, of Newberg, was arrested on a hold from Newberg Municipal Court. No bail was set and the case is pending.

    July 27

    - Joseph Michael Allan, 24, of Newberg, was arrested for domestic menacing and recklessly endangering another person. No bail was set and the case remains open.

    July 29

    - Trent Andrew Conant, 37, of Dundee, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass and harassment. No bail was set and he received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.

    - Mark Allan Ludwig, 58, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII, reckless driving, resisting arrest and criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case is pending.

    - Matthew Peter Gee, 46, of Newberg, was arrested for violating a release agreement, violating a restraining order, punitive contempt of court, second-degree assault, harassment, strangulation and unlawful use of a weapon. Bail was set at $55,000 and the case is pending.

    Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue calls

    July 18

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Edgewood Drive, Otter Drive, Brutscher Street, Werth Boulevard, Elliott Road, Fulton Street, Lake Shor Drive, Williams Street, Stone Road and Haworth Avenue.

    Fire personnel responded to a commercial fire alarm on Hoskins Hill Road and a request for public assistance on Hazelnut Drive.

    July 19

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Brutscher Street, Thompson Lane, Tomahawk Place in Dundee, Stone Road, Hayes Street, Kuehne Road, Fulton Street, Linden Lane in Dundee, Michelle Court, Maple Street and Williams Street.

    July 20

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Haworth Avenue, Kuehne Road, College Street, Earlwood Road, Princeton Street, Parrett Mountain Road and Oxford Street.

    Fire personnel responded to a boat fire on River Street and requests for public assistance on North Valley Road and Sierra Vista Drive.

    July 21

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Fulton Street, Hampton Lane, Libra Street, First Street in Dundee, Williams Street, Hampton Lane, Elliott Road and Ninth Street in Dundee.

    Fire personnel responded to a report of smoke in the area of Spring Creek Lane and Rex Hill Court.

    July 22

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Madrona Drive, Werth Boulevard, Brooke Drive, Hayes Street, Williams Street, Portland Road, Highway 99W in Dundee, Dayton Avenue and Villa Road.

    Fire personnel responded to a miscellaneous incident on Mountainview Drive and a miscellaneous fire on Warren Road in Dundee.

    July 23

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Main Street, Honey Lane, Brutscher Street, Carmen Heights Drive in Dundee, Tin Cup Way, Werth Boulevard, Highway 219, Charles Street in Dundee, Home Acres Road, Third Street, Foothills Drive, College Street and McKern Court.

    Fire personnel responded to a request for public assistance on Wynooski Street and fire information provide on Werth Boulevard.

    July 24

    TVF&R crews responded to medical first-aid calls on Williams Street, Fulton Street, Oak Meadows Loop, Brutscher Street, Werth Boulevard, Sitka Avenue, College Street, Sierra Vista Drive, Hayes Street, Meridian Street, Villa Road and Fulton Street.

    Fire personnel responded to a brush fire on Ninth Street in Dundee.
