    First comedy festival coming to Columbus in August

    COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – A new festival full of laughs and entertainment from national, local and regional comedians is coming to Columbus for the first time.

    The Columbus Comedy Festival is coming to several venues Aug. 14-18. The new festival, organized by Columbus Underground, will feature a full line up of comedians and entertainers with stand up comedy, improv performances, live podcast recordings, video showcases and more.

    The performances will be held at a variety of venues including The Columbus Funny Bone, The Kee, Columbus Performing Arts Center, MadLab, The Attic Comedy Club, The Nest Theatre, The Hashtag Comedy Company and Don’t Tell Comedy: Columbus. Patrons will also be able to experience an industry development which includes workshops, classes, networking mixers and more.
