Im pretty sure he was homeless I use to see him late at night on a bike going down towards the woods. sounds like to me he needs to go to the 10th floor of jps and not prison to be honest!!! alot of them have mental health problems and don't get help end up on drugs and homeless it's sad

this is what happens when we don't treat the illness and instead just lock them away to be institutionalized. it's a shame more people don't understand the true meaning of defunding.
