Pittsburgh Pirates shortstop Oneil Cruz (15) celebrates after hitting a two run home run.

We closed out last week by cashing a +475 ticket on Jake Burger to go yard, and we're looking to start the new week off right with another winning day. Here are our three favorite HR bets for Monday's MLB slate.

    Alec Bohm (+630 FanDuel )

Phillies at Yankees, 6:40 p.m. ET

Monday night's matchup between the Philadelphia Phillies and the New York Yankees looks like a solid target for home run props, as the forecast is calling for toasty temperatures and a helping wind blowing out to left field. Let's roll with Bohm, who's hit nine of his 11 home runs this year to left field. Bohm is batting .336 and slugging .534 against 4-seam fastballs this year, and Yankees starter Luis Gil is giving up an 8.9 percent barrel rate because he throws his 4-seam fastball 51.0 percent of the time.

    Alec Burleson (+550 DraftKings )

Rangers at Cardinals, 7:45 p.m. ET

Another friendly weather game is going down in St. Louis, as the forecast is calling for temperatures up to 100 degrees and a strong wind blowing out to left-center field at Busch Stadium. Texas Rangers starter Nathan Eovaldi is also struggling of late with four home runs allowed in his last two starts. Burleson is batting .322 and slugging .549 with a team-high 15 home runs against right-handed pitchers this season. He has the power to take advantage of these hitter-friendly weather conditions.

    Oneil Cruz (+370 DK )

Pirates at Astros, 8:10 p.m. ET

We're interested in fading Houston Astros starter Jake Bloss with a home run prop. The rookie has surrendered five home runs through his first three starts, and he has one of the highest barrel rates (15.0 percent) in MLB. Bloss throws a ton of 4-seam fastballs, which is great news for Cruz. The Pittsburgh Pirates slugger has a .323 xBA and a .660 xSLG against 4-seamers this year.
