Caitlin Clark Defends Herself Over Questionable Favorite Ice Cream

Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever are on a month long break as Team USA women's basketball looks to defend their gold medal in the 2024 Paris Olympics. The Fever only had one player selected to an Olympic team and it was Australia guard Kristy Wallace.

During the break, the Fever posted a "get to know Caitlin Clark" graphic on social media. The graphic included many fun facts about the former Iowa Hawkeyes star, including her favorite musician and movie.

But fans were torn over Clark's favorite ice cream of choice being coffee. On the Fever's Instagram post, Bri Lewerke, a sports photographer who has worked with Clark since her college career, commented on her "questionable" ice cream flavor of choice.

"Coffee flavored ice cream as a fav is questionable," Lewerke said.

Clark defended herself in response to Lewerke.

"Guess you haven't lived," Clark responded

Clark and the Fever went into the Olympic break with an 11-15 record and are in a great position to make a run at a playoff spot when they return in mid-August.
