Drake used a bar from Kendrick Lamar's popular hit from their beef while sharing his thoughts about another comical imposter.

On Sunday, July 28, the Toronto native reposted a video of a lookalike who performed his 2015 hit "Hotline Bling" in the middle of a boxing ring in New York. The imposter, who goes by John Dour on Instagram , previously imitated Drizzy in music videos like Lil Mabu and Fivio Foreign's "Teach Me How To Drill." Drake reacted by sharing the clip with a familiar line from K.Dot's "Not Like Us" as his caption.

"Sometimes you gotta pop out," he wrote.

It's been nearly three months since Kendrick Lamar packed a powerful punch at Drake with "Not Like Us." The Mustard-produced track still sits in the top 5 of the Billboard Hot 100, especially after Dot's Juneteenth concert and the viral music video . Some fans believe the song was the KO that led to Lamar's victory in their battle. Meanwhile, some fans still argue that Drake won the lyrical melee.

Drake appears to feel a lot better now that the dust has cleared. The OVO Sound founder couldn't be happier these days. Producer Gordo spoke about the "Family Matters" rapper's state of mind after he dropped two new collaborations with the boy on his debut album DIAMONTE .

“Ever since all this has happened … I’ve seen him happier," Gordo told People . “It’s really weird. He’s pretty jolly. The internet makes it seem like, ‘Oh, that photo, he’s all sad and s**t.’ That’s just a bad photo from a bad camera. But because it’s him, it’s put under a magnifying glass like, ‘Oh, look at his eyes. He’s looking a little droopy. He hasn’t slept.’ But the guy’s been happy as s**t, to be honest. He’s chilling.”

While he jokes about his beef with Kendrick, Drake is currently focused on issues with other artists like Soulja Boy and A$AP Rocky . He recently took a jab at the "Crank That" rapper on his new song with Lil Yachty , "S.O.D." Soulja Boy went on Instagram Live and reacted to the line about his SODMG label. In addition, Rocky is expected to respond to Drake on his forthcoming album Don't Be Dumb .
