There are just 11 days left for Costco customers to submit a claim to receive money from a class-action lawsuit settlement if they purchased Kirkland Signature Moist Flushable Wipes between 2011 and 2017 in New York .

The lawsuit claims that Costco falsely advertised the wipes as flushable when they actually weren't, and the wipes damaged pipes and septic systems and led to other plumbing problems for customers.

"Consumers argue they would not have purchased the wipes if they knew they were not truly flushable as advertised," according to Top Class Actions .

While Costco admitted no wrongdoing, the company agreed to pay out $2 million.
