Simone Biles has impressed the gymnastics world with her incredible comeback from the 2021 Tokyo Games, where she withdrew in the middle of the team competition . This year, she has arrived back on the Olympic stage with a vengeance, as well as some pretty catchy floor routine music.

The all-around gold medal favorite's floor exercise begins with an instrumental version of the start of "...Ready For It?," a song from Taylor Swift's "reputation" album. The music switches just before her second pass, but the thunderous bass of Swift's song is immediately recognizable.

Whether using the song was simply an artistic choice or one in reference to being "ready for it" for these Olympics, when she's flying on the floor with Swift in the background, Biles is nearly unstoppable.

Here's everything you need to know about her iconic routine and the reactions that have come along with its performance.

    Simone Biles floor routine

Biles has competed the floor routine with "...Ready For It?" in the events leading up to the Paris Olympics. She also competed in it at the 2024 Core Hydration Classic in May, as well as at the U.S. Olympic Trials in late June.

During qualification on Sunday, Biles scored a 14.600 on the floor exercise with the same routine. It was by far the highest score on the apparatus all day, and it helped her qualify in first place for the all-around final and push Team USA through to the team final on top.

Her floor routine includes two skills named after her: the Biles and the Biles II. The Biles is a double layout with a half-turn, and the Biles II is a triple-double, two flips, and three twists.
