In a TikTok video, Smith examined the Grammy winner’s facial changes over the years and speculated on the possible cosmetic procedures Aguilera might have undergone amidst the swirling rumors.

Smith began her TikTok video by addressing the ongoing rumors about the "Beautiful" singer, 43, undergoing cosmetic surgery. "Christina Aguilera has one of the most sensational, most powerful voices and she's rated one of the best singers in the world, however, her face has changed a lot in recent years. Let's have a little chat about it," Smith said.

The creator subsequently displayed a pair of side-by-side photos of the "Dirrty" crooner, juxtaposing her look from before and after her purported filler cosmetic procedures. She then highlighted Aguilera's "lip shape" adding that "you can see she naturally has smaller lips."

"Anybody that has a smaller lip has to be treated with caution when having lip filler because they are more prone to migration," Smith continued. This, she noted, "can be an injection technique and can also be the product." In Aguilera's case, "it's actually changed the shape of her mouth," the TikToker alleged.

"You can clearly see above the lip that all the filler has migrated and it also hasn't been filled properly because it's left a little dip and gap," the expert went on. "She may want to consider dissolving it at some point if she's bothered about it. It also looks like she's had temple filler as well," she continued.

Smith also believed that Aguilera's cheeks "have started to look — rather than contoured and defined and youthful as a cheek should look — puffy." She explained that Aguilera is "giving a puffy, bloated, overfilled look." The "mechanism of a filler is to attract water, so continuous filling of an area means that the filler is going to keep attracting more and more water," Smith concluded. "This is why you get a puffy look."

Despite Aguilera remaining silent on these latest claims, it's not the first time she has faced rumors about undergoing cosmetic surgery, using Ozempic, or simply having a "different" appearance as observed by fans.

Last year, the "Fighter" artist shared her favorite beauty and wellness products that she carries in her handbag while on tour in a TikTok video.

She donned an off-the-shoulder, long-sleeved black top and graphic black sweatpants, showcasing her slim figure and curves. Her video left many fans surprised, with some even describing her as “unrecognizable” and “thinner-looking,” as evident from the comment section of her post. Others guessed that she may have “lost more weight” due to Ozempic, the diabetes drug that many celebrities are controversially taking for the purpose of shedding pounds.

"Wait, What? Is that woman Christina Aguilera?” one fan commented as another added: “Thats Ozempic Aguilera.” Another replied: “I couldn’t even recognize that is was Christina!”

Someone else wrote: “What did they do with Christina?” Others said that she looked “AI generated” or simply just “not herself,” with many suspecting weight loss or heavily filters and digital altering could be the reasons why.

Throughout her career, the Burlesque alum has been a subject of discussion when it comes to her body image. However, she has always been transparent about her evolving physical appearance, despite facing criticism for fluctuating weight. In her youth, Aguilera quickly established herself as a formidable presence in the music world, securing a recording contract with RCA and releasing her eponymous debut album before turning 20.
