A New York area employee has become visibly upset with the performance of his coworkers.

Aaron Rodgers, the so-called leader of the New York Jets organization, is officially back to work after missing a significant amount of time due to an injury he suffered while on the job last year. And after taking an ill-timed vacation during a New York Jets mandatory workplace training (Jets Minicamp), he’s now ironically getting upset with his colleagues for them not doing their jobs correctly – or at least not to his standard.

Here’s what Rodgers had to say in defense of his time off:

Fast forward to today, where the New York Post reported that the high-ranking New York Jets employee was visibly upset with his coworkers, specifically with the portion of the “office” he oversees:

“Rodgers was angry with teammates – barking and emphatically gesturing – as the offense struggled. TE Tyler Conklin chalked it up to the quarterback holding everyone accountable.

Rodgers completed 8-of-13 passes with an interception to Chuck Clark that was a catchable pass off of Allen Lazard’s hands. The ball was on the ground after Rodgers’ foot was stepped on by an offensive lineman and he fell to the ground trying to stretch for a handoff.”

Not mentioned above was another moment during today’s training camp session, where Rodgers got into it with an up-and-coming employee for the Jets – Garrett Wilson.

The post below gives a made-up-yet-very-possible conversation that Wilson and Rodgers could have shared as they… let’s just say “disagreed” on something that took place during their workplace training:

And let’s be real, these are two competitive dudes, trying to get the best out of each other… if you’re not getting fired up about performance, or lack thereof, then you probably shouldn’t be playing professional football. Training camp is the time to figure this stuff out, not Week 7 of the season after you’ve lost 5 games.

But… for a guy who was supposed to step in and really help this organization – albeit in the twilight of his professional career – things sure seem to be rocky for Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets. And it’s a tough look for Rodgers to be disappointed with the workplace chemistry and presumably yelling at everyone else, when he himself skipped out on a crucial, mandatory New York Jets training period.

Mr. Rodgers, if you are reading this, just know that when you point a finger, there’s three fingers pointing back at you…
