MOLLY Qerim stunned fans with her most recent First Take outfit.
Qerim turned heads with a figure-forming red dress during Monday’s episode of the show.
The 40-year-old has hosted First Take since 2015 and is loved for the outfits she wears on live TV.
That was no different on Monday, as fans went wild over Qerim’s red-hot look.
“@MollyQerim single handedly carrying @espn these days lol,” one fan said.
“@MollyQerim is definitely made from all of GODS great hands,” another fan said.
“Molly Q looking INCREDIBLE right now on ESPN,” a third fan said.
“There is literally not a finer woman on the PLANET than @MollyQerim,” a fourth fan said.
“The intelligent @mollyqerim looks marvelous in that red dress,” a fifth fan said.
On First Take, Qerim explained that she wore red to represent Team USA at the Olympics.
“I’m repping Team USA today,” she said.
She also said that she was “stepping up her game” after Team USA won 20 medals in the first three days.
Qerim wore another Olympic-themed outfit last week, but it wasn’t for Team USA.
That outfit represented Albania, for her father who is from the country.
Qerim wore a tight red and white top that bore the Albanian eagle on it.
She previously has explained how her last name is Albanian.
First Take viewing figures
First Take went from strength to strength under the guidance of Stephen A. Smith and Molly Qerim last year.
The weekday ESPN debate show averaged 496,000 viewers in 2023 – making it the most-watched year in program history.
Its December average of 611,000 was a 24% year-on-year increase compared to 2022.
The show also reported more than 250 million views on YouTube.
First Take was helped by the addition of Shannon Sharpe alongside Smith and Qerim after he left Fox Sports’ Undisputed.
“Yes. Yes. The last name is Albanian,” she told UConn Magazine in 2017.
“I say ‘CARE-um’ but it’s really ‘keh—REEM.’ I think my mom felt like people wouldn’t be able to handle it, so she tried to sound it out in English.
“Sometimes I feel like a bit of a sellout and wish I had stuck with the actual pronunciation, especially when Albanians or Muslims see my Americanized version.”
Qerim is back to hosting First Take without Stephen A. Smith after he returned to vacation.
Stephen A. came back for three days last week before departing the show once again.
Molly Qerim's life in the spotlight

The popular sports host began her media career in 2006 with ESPN and spent four years with the network.
She then covered college basketball and football for CBS Sports Network in New York.
Qerim balanced that with hosting duties for NFL Network in Los Angeles – fronting NFLAM and NFL Fantasy Live.
The host returned to ESPN in 2015 and immediately took the role of First Take anchor.
And Qerim has been an ever-present, popular host of the daily sports debate show ever since.
