The current European parliament does not include any MEPs who identify as Roma , according to Roma rights organisations. Rights organisations have described it as a tremendous blow to Europe’s largest ethnic minority.

We would like to hear from Roma people in Europe: what do you make of the situation and what does it mean for you? What are some of the issues particularly affecting Roma communities that you feel should be raised in parliament?

If they are longstanding issues, how effective do you feel previous MEPs have been on these topics?
