Summary: Today we break the streak of temperatures below triple digits. One that I was hoping for would not break. Alas, the dog days of summer make a return with temperature is getting as warm as 105 by the end of the work week prompting heat advisory criteria as early as Thursday through Saturday then a stationary front that will dissipate across the state of Texas will allow temperatures to fall about as cool as 101° by the first few days of August. Saharan Dust makes a return as early as Tuesday evening bringing in hazy conditions, an increase in allergens as well as a potential for upper respiratory issues.

Today: Sunny skies allowing temperatures to peak at the century mark. A few upper level clouds yet humid and breezy. High Temperature: 100° Winds: S 15 G 25 MPH

Tonight: Mostly clear, breezy and warm night. Low Temperature: 77° Winds: S 15 G 25 MPH
